Shipping Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026. All Giada products are handmade to order and shipped worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle production, delivery, and customs.

Processing & Lead Times

All Giada products are handmade to order. Production lead times vary depending on the complexity, size, and materials of each piece. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of your Sales Order Confirmation.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping timelines may be affected by material availability, artisan scheduling, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Methods & Insurance

We ship worldwide using trusted freight and courier partners. Shipping method and carrier will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

All shipments are fully insured by Giada during transit. For large or oversized pieces, white-glove delivery or freight shipping may be arranged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, dimensions, and weight, and will be quoted at the time of order. The remaining balance, including shipping and applicable surcharges, must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included in your shipping price. Giada handles these charges on your behalf so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected costs at the door.

In rare cases, certain destinations or jurisdictions may impose additional local fees or surcharges that fall outside standard customs processing. Should any such charges arise, we will communicate with you promptly to resolve them.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier or designated pickup location. All shipments are insured by Giada during transit for your peace of mind.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon receipt and prior to installation. Any claims relating to visible damage, shortages, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of receipt, accompanied by:

  • Detailed photographs
  • Packaging images
  • Shipping labels

No claims will be accepted after installation, cutting, modification, or use of the goods.

Delays

Giada shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by customs, port congestion, carrier delays, weather, labor shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
